雖然自己又不是一名甜品迷,在香港甚少吃甜品,不知何解在日本這邊就總會試下當地的甜品,
吃個甜品,邊閱讀書本,扮下文化人仕,不過坐在這類店鋪可以慢慢消磨時間,有時候又難以長時間走來走去,二年前來京都就選擇了位於錦市場那邊的SALON DE THE AU GRENIER D'OR.
不少顧客
相比在神戶的:patisserie mont plus以及大阪的アトリエアルショ為細小,幸好還有少量座位,今次沒有選擇蛋糕等,反然簡單地選擇了二件馬上龍,橙味以及抺茶的馬卡龍,木味的馬卡龍不是加入什麼濃縮醬味道,內裏含有橙皮粒,聞到有陣清香的橙味,來得輕鬆,幾好食,抺茶味道不夠濃,第一次往日本時我都不習慣飲當地的抺茶,現在就比較習不少,細味馬卡龍,再拿著關於甜品的雜誌,輕輕鬆度過個多小時候,
